Michael Lentini
Chief Executive Officer
Mike has held leadership positions at start-ups, medium-sized, and Fortune 100 companies. He brings two decades of experience in corporate strategy, operations, business development, & sales support and has a track record of bringing innovative products from concept to scale. Mike has an undergraduate degree in Management & Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.

Michael Lewandowski
President
Mike has been an integral part of the sales, marketing, and strategic positioning of the L&L entities. Mike has helped lead our businesses to 13,000% growth in 7 years across our companies. In addition, Mike has been a top-performing sales representative for a variety of major builders over the past decade: Heartland Homes, Charter Homes, & Ryan Homes. He has an undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson College in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business.

Dave has worked on a diverse set of projects over the past 6 years including production homes, custom homes from the ground up, remodels, and additions. A project manager at heart, Dave loves working alongside homeowners and architects to deliver an outstanding experience. Dave has an undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College and a Master of Science degree from the EDHEC Business School in France.
